What is the Difference Between Veneers and Lumineers?
For the most part, veneers and Lumineers are fairly similar. They both provide a strong, custom smile and cover imperfections. The main difference between the two is the prep work for each placement. Veneers are thicker than Lumineers and require a few millimeters of enamel to be removed from your tooth surface before placement. Lumineers can be placed right over a tooth’s original structure.
